Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend arriving to the venue the evening of Monday, May 13th to take full advantage of the FREE “pre-conference” sessions on Tuesday, May 14th. Check-in time for the Grand Summit Hotel is 4pm.

Absolutely. Especially if it is a customer of Primary Intelligence! Ultimately this conference is about our customers and our mission is to have customers presenting real-world program solutions to fellow customer attendees. Speakers and breakout sessions are curated by our team, but we will certainly entertain outside submissions if they would benefit our attendees. But let’s talk about the elephant in the room… if a speaker’s goal is to come to The Outcomes Conference to sell something, it is simply not going to happen. Speaker suggestions can be sent to [email protected] with a brief bio, topic idea, links to past talks, and anything else that you think would be helpful for us to know.

YES! This is your conference. Please suggest topics that will help you the most. We use surveys from our past conferences to determine the direction of our agenda. Additionally, we lean heavily on your PI team to try and understand where your challenges and hurdles are, so we can determine topics that will help you execute a flawless program that delivers a strong ROI. Breakout session suggestions can be sent to [email protected] with details on the topic, and anything else that you think would be helpful for us to know.

No, not at this time. Terribly sorry! We know you can add some value, as we have included some strategic partners in the past. But it also created some challenges and conflicts with timing, terminology and methodology.  So the decision was made to make this an exclusive event for customers and to focus solely on maximizing the benefits from Primary Intelligence solutions.

At Primary Intelligence, we like to think most people are intelligent and well-intended, and we’re not inclined to tell people what to do. However, we want The Outcomes Conference to be a safe and productive environment where everyone can focus on the conference itself, and the great networking and community richness which happens when we get together in person. To that end, we invite you to help us make Outcomes a place which is welcoming and respectful by adhering to our conference Code of Conduct.

We expect all participants—attendees, speakers, employees and venue staff—to follow the Code of Conduct during Outcomes. This includes conference-related social events at off-site locations, and in related online communities and social media.
