Focus Forward: Revisiting Primary Intelligence 2nd Annual Outcomes 2017 Conference
Last week Primary Intelligence closed its 2nd annual customer conference, Outcomes 2017. Here is a summary of the of the three-day event, which was held September 13-15 at the Grand Summit Resort in Park City, Utah.
At Outcomes 2017 numerous sales, marketing, and product leaders gathered to hear best practices from their peers and PI experts, learning how to “Focus Forward” on their desired outcomes and not just data. Attendees learned real-world methods used by Primary Intelligence customers to deliver revenue outcomes with their Win Loss Analysis and Customer Experience programs.

Outcomes 2017 Conference for Win Loss and Customer Experience Professionals
On opening day, attendees learned how to harness the power of TruVoice for their win loss and customer experience programs. Attendees also had the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Ken Allred (Primary Intelligence’s CEO), sales and customer success leadership, and program partners. The evening closed with attendees enjoying a gondola ride to Red Pine Lodge for an elegant dinner reception, games, roasting marshmallows, and entertainment by the Killer Keyz by Dueling Pianos Anywhere.

Ken Allred kicked off the official start of Outcomes 2017 conference sharing his wisdom on the five keys to achieving revenue outcomes.

Next up, the dynamic Chris McChesney, Franklin Covey best-selling author of the Four Disciplines of Execution, motivated attendees with the two kinds of strategies a leader will have to execute and how leaders can realize their business goals.

The day continued with presentations and workshops devoted to win loss analysis and customer experience programs. Guest client speakers shared stories and insights with attendees on delivering/defining outcomes; sharing intelligence, competitive intelligence, leveraging no decision analysis, capturing insights, implementing customer success strategies, managing sample, scheduling interviews, and transformation tactics.

Nick Siddoway, Primary Intelligence’s EVP of Sales & Delivery, led the Outcomes Success Panel with guests answering attendees most pressing questions on how to succeed at win loss and customer experience analysis.

In the evening, guest dined and danced at our Outcomes celebration in the Sundial tent at the Grand Summit.

On the final day of our Outcomes 2017 conference, attendees spent the morning hearing more success stories from clients on being a support tool for sales and account reps, connecting buyer and seller perceptions, developing executive stakeholders, uncovering weak spots, being mindful of root causes, tracking ROI, identifying priorities, and action planning/results monitoring.
