In your TruSales dashboard you can see the outreach progress for each of your opportunities and contacts and manage that outreach as needed.

The “Pause Outreach” option allows you to pause outreach to the contact and resume the outreach at a later date.

The “Cancel Outreach” option allows you to terminate all additional feedback requests for that contact.

The “Exclude Outreach” option allows you to exclude that opportunity from feedback requests.

By clicking on the name in the outreach plan you can Change the Sender from whom the email requests will come from
